Yesterday, we further examined how you can stay continually filled with the Holy Spirit. We stressed that you need to daily stir up the anointing you received and ask God for a greater measure for your divine assignment every day. We also stressed that you wholeheartedly thirst for the Living Water and drink deeply, Finally, we emphasized that you must decide to walk obediently with God every day. Today, we will examine more of these steps.
Beloved, in order to stay continually filled with the Holy Spirit, you should ask the Father to fill you afresh with the Holy Spirit daily. To avoid physical dehydration, we drink plenty of water on a daily basis. Similarly, for us to stay spiritually healthy, active and filled, we should drink of the Holy Spirit regularly and ensure that He fills us. Therefore, in faith, I encourage you to ask the Father to fill you and by faith, receive the infilling, in the name of Jesus.
Another way you can stay continually filled with the Spirit of God is to continually focus your eyes on the vision of a great revival and harvest. This makes you dissatisfied with powerlessness, apathy, lukewarmness, lack of passion for souls and unrighteousness that pervade the world today. It will also make you pray and act as God’s change agent. In Matthew 5:6, the Bible affirms, “Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” I encourage you to hunger for more of what God has for believers.

In addition, you will stay continually filled with the Holy Spirit by receiving impartation from others who are filled with the Holy Spirit: your pastors, other anointed and godly individuals in your church or city. Iron sharpens iron. Beloved, every believer was made to manifest the glory of God and host His presence. By desiring more of God, honoring the Holy Spirit and surrendering your heart to Him, you will stay continually filled and overflowing In the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. Also, when you allow the Holy Spirit to fill you, you will receive healing, deliverance, empowerment to prosper, divine direction and wisdom from on high.
